Why is our ceramic coating better? Since we are a heat treating shop our environment is always hot and dry. This means that your job, after it has been sandblasted, will not begin to rust. Most ceramic coatings fail when there is moisture trapped under the coating which is driven into the metal when the coating is being set by baking at 750^F.
